The Columbia Pike is the historic “Main St.” of Arlington, VA. It is one of the most diverse neighborhoods in America. It’s known as “The World in a Zip Code.”

Lipski created a Brancusi-like sculpture from the blade of a wind turbine. The base is studded with thousands of coins given for the project by the neighbors, from 117 countries. long the historic Columbia Pike as one enters Arlington from the west.
